To get the maximum use of the Customer Care Champions material sign up for our train-the-trainer one day program. In this full day’s, interactive training you will not only get a better insight into how to use the training booklets but also learn and develop your own trainer skills. The training is designed to re-inspire existing trainers and HR staff with coaching style skills and new methods for communicating and motivating staff. And for those managers without any previous management training, it is a fantastic development of team and one to one training skills.
To be able to put your staff through the Customer Care Champions certification (online quiz) someone from your company must attend the train-the-trainer program. Once you’ve been on it, we are sure you’d like to send other line managers, trainer managers and key members of staff on it. So with this in mind, we’re offering a reduced returners rate for existing Customer Care Champions companies.
Training costs are:
£95 + VAT (per person)
£50 + VAT (for existing Customer Care Champions companies)
Current training courses are running in Edinburgh only, but we would be delighted to put on additional training dates for groups of 8 plus in your local area. Contact Kate or Vicki to discuss this option further.
