Brought to you by Edinburgh Tourism Action Group; represented by public and private sectors including the City of Edinburgh Council, Scottish Enterprise and VisitScotland.
The ETAG Passport was launched in 2005 as a direct response to local tourism and hospitality businesses seeking to improve the overall standard of customer care within the city of Edinburgh. After further discussion, reviews and design the Edinburgh Tourism Passport training pack and Train the Trainer workshop were born.
Now in 2007 we’ve taken the Passport and made some significant changes and are now looking for businesses within the Edinburgh and Lothian area who may be B&B’s / Guesthouses, bars, restaurants, hotels or operate in the travel, leisure or sport sector to take part in this next stage. If you’ve got new staff, new recruitment systems or just looking for new customer care ideas then the Passport is for you.

Take a look at those organisations who've signed up and are currently involved in the Passport. Remember, if you've missed the first round of training get in touch to find out when the next sessions start.
Hear what past and present Passport users have to say about the training....
