Since 2005 ETAG have been involved in the evolutionary training pack and workshops known as Edinburgh Tourism Passport, which were successfully run throughout Edinburgh and the Lothian area to a variety of businesses from B&B’s / Guesthouses, bars, restaurants, hotels, to operators in the travel, leisure and sport sector.
Continuing our support to local tourism and hospitality businesses seeking to improve the overall standard of customer care, the revised Customer Care Champions training pack and workshops aim to not only provide new and existing staff a grounding in key customer care skills, inspirational training techniques, but also involvement in a growing tourism and hospitality community.
Through this online subscription with Customer Care Champions you will be able to download as many training manuals as you require, sign up for our train the trainer courses and put your staff through our Champions Quiz, to make them eligible to the Customer Care Champions certificate and badge.
